Our approach to installing/completing a successful project
At CSG we utilize the best and most Open Control System on the Market: Automated Logic WEBCtrl. We listen to and understand our customers’ needs, as a result all CSG projects start with an experienced motivated team that is committed to installing a successful Building Automation System based on well-defined and understood requirements.Because we focus so intently on the task at hand, and exceeding customer requirements (and expectations), many of our building owners make us their BMS controls vendor of standard for any future controls work.

Each project is assigned to a 20-year+ Project Manager, a highly skilled and experienced team leader who is tasked with making sure each step of the installation is done efficiently and effectively.

A qualified and experienced lead controls engineer working directly with the project manager then creates the detailed installation and control drawings. Our control drawings go beyond the standard industry control drawings; our drawing s are quite detailed yet clear and easily understood. In order to minimize errors in the field and to ensure the highest quality installation, we imbed job-specific AutoCad drawings to ensure that when the project gets installed and wired, the installing electrician doesn’t need to guess what the project’s intent is, where control devices are located or how they are wired.

As project installation progresses we utilize a Commissioning Team consisting of the lead controls engineer (who designed the project) and a highly experienced field technician to execute the required point-to-point system checkout, as well as a detailed system-by-system sequence of operations verification. The project’s BMS graphics are then customized, installed and verified.
